You and I both know the crisis or national emergency is coming, it is only a matter of when and what it will be. It could be any natural disaster such as an asteroid hitting the earth, disease or virus sweeping the country or the world. Perhaps it could be a man made crisis such as Civil War, Race Wars, Foreign Invasion, Riots, Revolution or something that we can not even imagine. There is usually very little any of us can do to prevent it, but what we can do is try as best we can to prepared for it now.
If you are not prepared and knowledgeable about basic survival skills, tools, techniques and weapons, you will probably be dead in a very short time. Event more tragic and sad, so will those family members of yours who dependant upon you to protect and save them. In such times as described deaths will usually occur as a result of exposure to the elements, starvation, dehydration, hunger and disease. However equally threatening will be from hostile forces which could be people or animals. The chapters listed in the left column and the included videos are what you should study and learn right now while you have time to prepare.
Learn from this information and when the time does come that you and your family will need to resort to what you have learned, you will look back on this time well spend and you will be grateful. You will also be a hero to your family who will look to you for their basic survival. It is after all your primary obligation, responsibility and full time job to your family and yourself as well. You should also teach your family members these same basic skills that you may already know or have learned from this and other survival guides. I recommend you study as much as possible from others as well who have written on this subject. Not one of us hold all of the knowledge and skills that are vital. Each and everyone who are experienced in such matters may offer various perspectives which could be vital and necessary.
During a crisis and national emergency, there will be no internet, TV, electricity, radio, sanitation, lights, clean water, gasoline, cooking oil and there will also be no food on the selves at the local grocery store. The government and the police will not be there to rescue you and your family or any of us. Rather you and your family live or die, will be entirely dependent upon your knowledge and how you have prepared in advance for any life threatening situation during this crisis. I can not stress this fact any more than that. You should begin right now to prepare with those things you will need to stock up on.
When I was in the US Army, we took courses and studied what was at that time called, "Survival, Escape and Evasion". Even the aspects of that training the Army offered, escape and evasion may very well be useful knowledge and come in handy. Although the course was primarily focused toward the military for those who might have found themselves caught behind enemy lines during a war, the knowledge and concepts can easily be applied to any type of civilian crisis scenario. I will be adding more videos, providing more tips and advise as time permits.
Check back often for updates. - Thank you and good luck in the future crisis.
